When and where is the Cabo Mastermind 2024 Event?
The 2024 Cabo Mastermind is Monday, March 4th through Saturday, April 9th at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos Paseo Malecón Sn Lote 5, San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, 23405
Who is invited?
This event is OPEN FOR ALL!
How much does it cost to attend?
The event price is $597 (+$12 processing fee) per person. We have secured a great rate on a room block. Visit that portion of the website site to see what is still available.
Can I bring a someone outside of eXp?
YES! All participants must register and pay the event fee. NO ENTRANCE will be allowed without a name tag. Your name tag is your passport.
What is the refund/ticket exchange policy?
NO REFUNDS will be provided. Attendees can transfer their tickets to another party up to the day of the event. Attendees are responsible for finding someone else to take their ticket if they cannot attend. To transfer your ticket to someone else, please send an email to caboeventreg@conferencedirect.com with the new attendee’s name and email address so we can assist with the transfer.
Is there a group discount?
Although you can register as a group, we do not offer a group discount.
If I can’t attend can I join somewhere in an online simulcast?
No. This event is intended for a live, physical audience and is not available online. Some aspects of the event will be available at a later date.
How do I book my hotel? Can I stay longer at the special block rate?
Book your hotel room for the event DURING REGISTRATION with special rates on an exclusive basis.
Days outside our room block can be booked directly through the hotel.

They will be responding to these requests between 24 to 48HRS
This will be a SOLD OUT event. To ensure everyone is able to get a room you will be charged in full for your stay 70 days out from the start of the event.
****PLEASE READ**** If you are not staying at the host hotel, you will be required to purchase a wristband at the Hyatt Ziva that will give you access to the all-inclusive package for $125 Per Person, Per Day. Please arrive early to purchase your wristband at the Hyatt Ziva lobby entrance. There will be NO ENTRANCE ON THE HOTEL PREMISES WITHOUT A WRISTBAND.

We suggest business casual for general sessions and related events.
